Text by Matthew Turner: A vast network of gridded structures is placed through the site, physically connecting the existing buildings into city blocks. The intention is to form 'a compositional tool' by which occupation of the area can develop. Much of the grid (up to 5 floors high) is occupied, with a composed distribution of parking, public spaces, community gardens and housing.
