FW 060 - eternal construction site

Text by Matthew Turner: Modular housing units are constructed on stilts, with car parking below. A large area of public space is depicted. The existing buildings are office commercial use, and rehearsal studios. The concept of the work place is that artistic production is seen as an industrial process, and the silo to be a container for this; the idea is the space can be continually adapted, changed and filled up as required, a continual building site.
