Text by Matthew Turner: A series of conditions are created on the site, with the intention of making a 'libertine territory'. The largest of these is called warehouse, which is a courtyard building of angular plan with a written description of it being an attractive space. A series of other angular buildings are shown in plan, and mood descriptions. The silo becomes a lighthouse, emitting light and being a viewing platform. The ground plane is left as blank space, and parking or transport are not referred to.
